Mercury has performed in the utmost professional manner while installing all of our Category 6 cabling. They have conformed to all ANSI/TIA/EIA standards, as well as, all NEC codes and requirements. Mercury currently holds the contract and supplies all of Sikorsky Aircraft’s voice installation and maintenance needs and also provides services for most data installation and maintenance.Just recently Mercury completed a major installation and overhaul of our DMC Hanger. Mercury installed, terminated and tested approximately 225 Cat5 Voice and Data locations and a 200-pair voice cable from MDF to JH Closet. Their work was performed meticulously and expeditiously; the outcome was as anticipated, another job well done.

His staff members are always available to answer any questions. The Mercury Group staff members are always professional, helpful and responsive. I’ve been working with Lou (The Mercury Group) since our original system was installed about 6 years ago and am very happy with the service we receive from Mercury. He’s very easy to work with, explains thins so you understand and he’s always there in a pinch. Excellent customer service and response time from the company. If we have a problem, that cannot resolve myself, I just call Lou and he’s right on top of things, 95% of the time he’s out that same day.
